The event was opened by Gabriele H盲ssig and David Knower, Regional Chapter Chairs for the Rhine-Main area, who greeted guests and emphasized the importance of community and exchange. In her remarks, AmCham Germany President Simone Menne reflected on the timeless values of freedom and democracy enshrined in the U.S. Declaration of Independence, and their continued relevance in today鈥檚 global context.
A keynote address by U.S. Consul General Brian Heath highlighted the strength of U.S.-German relations and celebrated the 10-year sister city partnership between Frankfurt and Philadelphia, underscoring the depth of transatlantic ties.
A performance of the U.S. National Anthem by Ms. O'Sullivan from ISF International School Frankfurt Rhein-Main, followed by a ceremonial flag presentation by the United States Marine Corps, MSG Detachment Frankfurt, added a special touch to the evening.
Once again, the Schlosshotel Kronberg provided a stunning and atmospheric setting that made the celebration truly memorable.
