On July 7, 2024, AmCham Germany had the honor to host outgoing U.S. Consul General Pauline Kao from the U.S. Consulate General D眉sseldorf at a special Farewell Reception in Duisburg. Together with our members and friends from North Rhine-Westphalia, we had the chance to honor the Consul General for her dedication and commitment to the transatlantic community.
In his opening remarks, AmCham Germany Vice President David Knower expressed his sincere gratitude to the Consul General for her excellent cooperation with our organization and emphasized the value of partnership and friendship over the past three years.
In her keynote speech, U.S. Consul General Pauline Kao said: "I am very grateful for the trusting collaboration that I have been able to experience over the last three years. It has always been great for me to see how the transatlantic partnership is brought to life here - from the panel discussion to the Summer BBQ and back."
We wish U.S. Consul General Pauline Kao all the very best as she embarks on the next chapter of her journey in Guangzhou, China, and we look forward to continuing our close cooperation with the U.S. Consulate General D眉sseldorf!
