We were excited to organize a panel discussion at this year's herCAREER on October 9, 2025, in Munich on "Driving Systemic Change: Entrepreneurial Impact for a Sustainable Economy."
Together with this year's Female Founders Award Recipient Julia R枚mer (Co-Founder & CEO, Coolar UG), Dr. Christina Linke (Co-Founder & CEO, Clean Ocean Coatings GmbH), Dr. Fidelis Stuchtey (Sales and Culture Manager, The Landbanking Group GmbH) and moderator Shelley Cantrick (Vice President, Deutsche Bank), we discussed the link between sustainable business models and a more sustainable future.
Some takeaways:
- A growth mindset and culture that both challenge ideas as well as thinking critically is key to foster an environment at start ups that is future-focused and also aligned with the company's goals
- Solutions that make sense for the environment and make sense economically鈥 are both possible and achievable
- It's important to find amplifiers and continue to push past a mindset of "I don't know if I can do this" to 鈥淭his is what I care about and I couldn't do anything else鈥
The panel and expo were complemented by an atmosphere of curiosity, engaging dialogue, smiling faces and light bulb moments. A big thank you to our panel participants as well as herCAREER and its CEO Natascha Hoffner for having us in Munich!
