Expert Webinar with EY

14 May 2025
Expert Event
Description
The American Chamber of Commerce in Germany e.V. and EY will host an Expert Webinar on the Directive (EU) 2023/970 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023, the so-called Transparency Directive.
The new Transparency Directive will affect all companies in the European Union and will require them to report on pay gaps between female and male workers on a regular basis, and provide transparency on pay and pay differences both internally and externally. The Directive requires companies to take action in the event of unequal pay and, if necessary, carry out a joint pay assessment with worker鈥檚 representatives if the pay gap is 5% or more.
In this Expert Webinar, EY's experts will inform you about the associated reporting requirements and simplified employee information rights, as well as the risks you face if you discover a gender pay gap in your organization. EY's experts will provide you with detailed information on your obligations and also explain the steps you need to take to comply in time, as 2026 is not far away.
